Application process
Our application process is as simple as this
1. your first step - simple and personal
You don't have to write novels or go through formal loops with us. If you are interested or are wondering whether BRAG is the right place for your next development step, just send us a short message.
You have two options:
- Apply directly with your CV - adding a few personal lines about yourself, your interests and what you want to achieve.
- Or book a non-binding consultation if you still have questions or would just like to try it out.
2. first interview - genuine interest instead of standard questions
Our first interview is all about you: Who are you? What gets you moving? What do you need to feel good and grow? At the same time, you will find out more about us - who we are, how we work and what drives us.
The interview takes place by telephone or video call - in an open, respectful atmosphere.
3. meeting on site - deeper insights
If we have the feeling that we could grow together, we invite you to get to know us personally. This will not only give you a realistic insight into our day-to-day work, but you will also meet the people you will be working with in the future.
This creates a true picture of what cooperation looks like in our company - professionally, personally and culturally.
4. our offer - clear, fair and at eye level
If it suits both sides, we will make you an individual offer. Open, honest and with a view to joint development.
We will discuss all the essentials with you: Salary, starting date, general conditions and your prospects at BRAG. You know where you stand right from the start - without any waiting or sugar-coating.
5. onboarding - arrive, be understood, get started
Our onboarding makes it easy for you to get started: you get to know all the relevant contacts, receive the tools you need and are supported by your team.
