For a global transformation project at an international technology group, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master (permanent or freelance) who not only moderates, but also understands the technical contexts and actively drives release management.
Location: Munich with remote share
Your tasks
- You ensure the implementation of and compliance with Scrum principles throughout the project
- You lead all Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensure efficient collaboration within the team
- You coach the team and föPromote a productive and agile working environment by removing obstacles and continuously developing team members
- You canTake care of the planning, coordination and implementation of releases, including the technical coordination and provision of software packages
- You understand the complex system landscapes and help to overcome technical challenges so that sprints and releases are successfully completed
- You make sure that all stakeholders and team members are well informed about progress, risks and release cycles and ensure that they areörst promote an open feedback culture
What you bring with you
- Technical understanding of complex systems, release management processes and the integration of new functions into existing software landscapes
- You have experience in coordinating sprints and releases and ensuring that technical requirements are met
- Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. PSM, CSM) and sound knowledge of agile processes and techniques
- You can also communicate technical content in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders and thus contribute to theöcomplex problems with
- Experience with international projects and a confident command of English (at least B2, preferably C1)
- You can motivate, coach and support teams in their further development
