E4E accepts individual document formats such as XML, JSON or CSV - exactly as they are created in your system. Data is transferred flexibly via REST API, file upload or via established exchange methods such as FTP/SFTP.
This allows a wide variety of ERP systems to be connected securely and efficiently.
2. validation, mapping & transformation - intelligently controlled
The integrated mapping engine ensures rule-based mapping of your content - including validation of legal requirements and optional customer fields.
Individual requirements are taken into account, as are country-specific regulations.
3. target format generation & mandate control - precise & compliant
E4E automatically generates the required e-invoice format - for example XInvoiceZUGFeRD, FatturaPA or KSeF. You define which clients, networks or recipients receive the output - flexibly controllable and multi-client capable.
4. dispatch & feedback - automated & traceable
E4E transmits completed invoices directly to recipients, authorities or networks such as PEPPOL - including feedback to the ERP system. All steps are logged and can be tracked at any time in the monitoring system.
